WFP: Food stocks in Gaza Strip sufficient for only few days
[17/October/2023]

GENEVA October 17. 2023 (Saba) - The United Nations World Food Program has warned that the food stock in the besieged Gaza Strip is sufficient for only several days due to the ongoing Zionist aggression against it for the eleventh day and its prevention of the entry of aid.

The Palestinian News Agency (Wafa) quoted spokeswoman for the World Food Program in the Middle East Abeer Atifa as saying the food stock in the Strip is sufficient for a few days, perhaps only four or five days.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society confirmed earlier today that the situation in the Gaza Strip is catastrophic, and urgent international intervention is necessary to stop the occupation’s aggression and allow aid to enter the Strip.
