MINSK May 08. 2024 (Saba) - The Belarusian president, Aleksandr Lukashenko, plans to discuss with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, joint coordination and use of forces working on tactical nuclear weapons.
At a meeting on the Victory Day, set for 9 May, TASS on Tuesday quoted Lukashenko as saying: "We'll make a final decision" thereon.
Direct control, troop command and signs given in trainings on the use of nonstrategic nuclear weapons will be conducted by the general staff in Belarus and Russia, in accordance with current interaction plans, he said.
