MOSCOW June 09. 2023 (Saba) - The Russian Foreign Ministry has warned that Japan's decision to supply Ukraine with military equipment will push relations with Russia into an ever more dangerous impasse and will have repercussions.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement reported by the Russian "TASS" news agency, today, Friday, that Tokyo, with this decision, is pushing bilateral relations into a dangerous impasse more than ever before, and such measures cannot continue without dire consequences.

The statement added that Tokyo's decision would lead to an escalation of the situation and a further increase in the number of victims, and that the government of Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida should be ready to share responsibility.
