Doha – SABA:
The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) has mourned the martyrdom of Luay Faisal Nasrallah (22 years old) from Jenin in occupied Palestine, who passed away Monday morning at Soroka Hospital in the Israeli entity, after being transferred from Negev Desert Prison due to the deterioration of his health resulting from torture and harsh conditions inside the prison.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), Hamas said:
“The Zionist enemy continues its brutality and sadism against our heroic prisoners, employing all forms of killing and abuse. Prisoner Luay Faisal Nasrallah (22 years old) from Jenin was martyred this morning at Soroka Hospital, after being transferred from the Israeli Negev Prison due to the deterioration of his health as a result of torture and the inhumane conditions he endured inside the prison.”
Hamas added:
“As we mourn the martyr Nasrallah, we warn of the catastrophic conditions our prisoners are facing in the prisons, where the enemy and its fascist prison administration persist in their revenge and abuse against them, depriving them of basic human rights and systematically using medical neglect as a method of slow execution.”
Hamas emphasized that:
“This crime, along with the previous killings of prisoners inside Israeli prisons, demands urgent intervention on all levels—official, popular, and human rights organizations—to pressure the Israeli enemy and to support our prisoners in the face of the cruelty and criminality they are subjected to.”
