HAJJAH May 29. 2023 (Saba) -A meeting in Hajjah province discussed today, Monday, Save the Children interventions in the water sector and ways to expand them to meet part of the needs of the displaced.

The meeting, which included the directors of the Humanitarian Affairs Branch, Allan Fadhail, the office of Rural Water Authority, Eng. Saleh Al-Falahi and the organization's Water and Environmental Sanitation Officer, Ibrahim Al-Mortada, discussed the needs of the displaced from water projects.

Fadayel pointed out that childcare interventions contributed to alleviating part of the suffering of the displaced and affected people in the targeted areas, stressing the need to intensify efforts to provide needs in the water sector and other sectors.

While Al-Murtada stressed the importance of strengthening coordination between the organization and the two branches of the Supreme Council and the Rural Water Authority to accelerate the implementation of interventions.

The meeting was attended by Ayman Al-Shaibani, water projects specialist at Save the Children.
