SANA'A May 03.2023 (Saba) – The Head of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Ahmed Yahya Al-Mutawakel, and with him the President of the Supreme Court, Judge Issam Al-Samawi, inspected on Wednesday the judicial work progress in the departments, secretariats, and prosecutors of the Supreme Court.
During the visit, Judge Al-Mutawakel stressed the importance of working at a high pace, which would enhance citizens' confidence in the judiciary and achieve justice, stability, and general tranquility in society.
He referred to the role played by the Supreme Court in order to apply and enforce laws and achieve the principle of justice.
The head of the Judicial Council appreciated the efforts of the heads and members of the Supreme Court departments and the administrative staff, urging them to exert more efforts to raise the level of performance and speed of completion.
