WASHINGTON March 19. 2023 (Saba) - Former US President Donald Trump expected to be arrested on Tuesday on charges of paying money for immoral purposes before the 2016 elections, calling on his supporters to demonstrate.

Trump said in his account on his social TruthSocial platfrom according to Agence France-Presse that the main Republican candidate and former president of the United States of America will be arrested on Tuesday. Demonstrate! Take back our country!", speaking of "leaking" information from Manhattan District Attorney's Office.

The investigation focuses on paying $130,000 weeks before the 2016 election to prevent Stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, from revealing the affair she claims she had with Trump years ago while prosecutors are considering whether to bring charges against Trump in this case.

If the Manhattan attorney general charges Trump, 76, he will become the first former president to be charged with a crime.
