SANAA, Oct. 2 (Saba) – Water and environment minister Nabeel al-Wazeer discussed on Tuesday with Mahweet governor Faisal Haidar several topics water situation in the province.
The meeting dealt with water projects executed in the province during the last period and the currently executed.
The ministers referred to the importance of enhancing the role played by the local authority in the execution of these projects.
They discussed several plans including those concerning execution of several projects of water, including those project using solar system and the urgent interventions to execute the water projects in the epidemics affected areas.
The meeting highlighted the key currently executed projects, including the project of the Aeen Sirdoud water and project of Hawasela area's currently executed water project.
The project is executed by the Direct Aid Association under the supervision of the General Authority for Rural Water.
