Sana'a - Saba:
21 September University of Medical and Applied Sciences in Sana'a on Sunday launched its 1447 AH academic year sports activities program in celebration of the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday.
Organized by the university’s Student Activities Department, competitions include football, chess, tennis, table tennis, volleyball, athletics, and swimming, running until 9 September.
In the opening football match for the university’s seventh championship, the Colleges of Medicine and Medical Sciences drew 3-3.
University Rector Dr. Mujahid Mesar emphasized the importance of sports in fostering fair competition, social skills, and embodying the Prophet’s values.
He praised the organizing teams and wished all participants success.
