Washington-Saba: US President Donald Trump stated that he expects the Ukrainian conflict to end and his country to withdraw from it, after his predecessor, Joe Biden, caused it.

Trump told reporters at the White House: "This is Biden's war, not mine. I'm here to get America out of it." He added that the administration is "doing everything it can to get us out," adding that he expects the situation in Ukraine to be resolved.

The US president said: "I've stopped many wars, and this is one I'm trying to stop."
