Hodeidah - Saba:
A decree (No. 2 of 1447 AH) was issued by the President of the Supreme Political Council to establish the General Authority for Managing the Economic and Developmental Zone in Al-Salif and Ras Issa, Al-Hodeidah Province.
The decree comprises 24 articles distributed across five chapters as follows:
Chapter One: Name, Definitions, and Establishment
Chapter Two: Objectives, Duties, and General Powers
Chapter Three: Authority Management

Chapter Four:Financial Resources and Financial System of the Authority
Chapter Five:General and Final Provisions
Article (24), the final article of the decree, stipulates that this decree shall come into effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
