Sweida - Saba:
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has documented the deaths of 135 members of the Druze community - including two children - during clashes between local Druze factions and fighters from the Ministry of Defense and Bedouin gunmen in the countryside of Sweida province.
The Observatory stated on Friday that 94 fighters from the Ministry of Defense, General Security, and Bedouin gunmen were also killed during clashes with local Druze factions in the rural areas of Sweida.
In addition, three civilians — including a child — were executed in the field by local Druze factions in Sweida.
During their brief control of the city of Sweida, fighters from the Ministry of Defense, General Security, and Bedouin gunmen reportedly carried out field executions of 56 civilians, including women and children.
Separately, a young man from the “Al-Akidat” tribe was shot dead by Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) members while attempting to escape from one of their prisons in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor.
