The Ibb Governorate Security Department organized a speech and cultural event to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), under the slogan "Humiliation is Out of Our Hands," with the attendance of Security Director Brigadier General Hadi Al-Khlani.
General Mobilization Officer Abdul Fattah Ghallab explained that the Karbala tragedy was the result of the nation's deviation from the path of guardianship of Imam Ali, indicating that the Umayyads played a pivotal role in this deviation. He emphasized that Imam Hussein rose to defend God's religion and confront injustice and tyranny, not for power or gain.
Ghalab emphasized that the life of Hussein represents a model for all free people of the nation, calling for lessons of sacrifice and courage to be drawn from his revolution, and that the Day of Ashura is a milestone in confronting tyranny in accordance with the Quranic approach.
