Dhale' - Saba:
Acting governor of Dhale' Abdullatif al-Shaghdari on Saturday officially launched the 1447 AH academic year.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Rector of Dhale' University Dr. Ali al-Tariq, Chairman of the Grievance Redressal Authority Abdulrahman al-Wajeeh and head of the education sector in the governorate Mohsen Sufyan.
In his remarks, al-Shaghdari stressed the importance of collective responsibility in continuing the educational process, instilling values of knowledge and morality in students, and strengthening their faith-based identity.
He emphasized the need to address shortcomings from the previous academic year to improve overall performance and affirmed the leadership's commitment to overcoming challenges facing the education sector.
The acting governor also highlighted the importance of maintaining regular attendance to enhance educational outcomes and called for coordinated efforts from officials and the community to ensure a successful school year.
He further urged increased public awareness through the activation of the "Back to School" campaign.
