Sana'a - Saba:
The Ministry of Culture and the General Book Authority, supported by the Cultural Heritage and Development Fund, organized on Saturday a seminar on the poetic works of Hasan Abdullah al-Sharafi, focusing on his collections "Tajalliyat al-Nafs al-Tawil" and "Qasa'id al-Burkan."
Four papers were presented, analyzing the poet's national dimensions, his stance on the aggression against Yemen, the structure of his texts, and selected readings.
Minister of Culture Dr. Ali al-Yafei emphasized al-Sharafi's significance as a poet who used his words as a powerful weapon against aggression, documenting its brutality and inspiring resilience.
Head of the General Book Authority Abdulrahman Murad highlighted the poet's prolific and unique contributions, particularly his seven collections addressing the aggression on Yemen, affirming his lasting legacy in contemporary culture and literature.
