Sana’a – SABA
The Committee for Monitoring the Implementation of Projects in Sana’a Governorate held a meeting today, chaired by Secretary-General of the Local Council, Abdul Qader Al-Jailani, to review the progress of development projects included in the governorate’s plans for the years 1445 and 1446 AH.
The meeting, which included members of the Local Council’s executive body—Mahyoub Mahdi, Ali Al-Suhaili, and Deputy Governor for Technical Affairs, Eng. Saleh Al-Muntasir—evaluated project implementation across several key sectors: agriculture, community initiatives, education, health, roads, institutional development, and social development.
Attendees discussed the procedures for completing projects approved over the past two years and stressed the importance of executing the complementary plan for a number of essential service projects in various districts.
Al-Jailani emphasized the need to implement all projects according to technical specifications and prepared studies, and to overcome challenges hindering their execution. The goal, he noted, is to meet the urgent service and development needs of citizens throughout the governorate.
