Alexei Pushkov, Chairman of the Russian Federation Council's Information Policy Committee, said that the American Civil War has already begun, and that the United States has entered a latent, low-intensity civil war.
Pushkov added on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum: "In my opinion, the American civil war will not take the form of one armed camp against another. It will be more complicated, but I believe it has already begun. It has already gone beyond the boundaries of ethnic riots."
