Iranian air defense forces shot down two Israeli enemy warplanes on Friday evening.
Tasnim International News Agency reported: "According to reports, one of the pilots, a woman, was captured after one of the planes was shot down."
The operation was considered a remarkable success for Iran's air defense capabilities in confronting Israeli aggression and a confirmation of the Iranian armed forces' readiness to confront any threat targeting the sovereignty of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
