Najaf – Saba:
The office of Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani on Friday strongly condemned the Zionist criminal act against the Iranian people on Friday.
In a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), Sistani's office declared that the crime committed by the occupying Zionist regime resulted in the martyrdom of Iranian scholars, military leaders, and civilians, including women and children, and attacked academic institutions. This act, the statement said, "demonstrated once again the danger and aggression of this regime."
The office offered condolences for the martyrs and wished recovery for the injured, while strongly condemning the act and calling on the international community to pressure the aggressive regime and its supporters to prevent further attacks.
