The Women's Committee in Sanhan district of Sana'a governorate on Friday held two speech events in Dar Ghallab and al-Mahaqera areas to commemorate the Day of al-Wilayah, also known as "Eid al-Ghadir," under the slogan "Whoever I am his master, then this Ali is his master."
Speeches delivered at both events emphasized the significance of this occasion, marking a pivotal moment in Islamic history when Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) announced al-Wilayah of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), demonstrating the nation's correct path.
The speeches highlighted that the commemoration of Eid al-Ghadir serves as a platform for drawing lessons in courage, sacrifice, and boldness in supporting Islam and confronting enemies through loyalty and sincere adherence to al-Wilayah of Imam Ali and the Prophet's family.
