Revolution leader to deliver speech on day of al-Wilayah

The Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, is scheduled to deliver a speech on the occasion of the Day of al-Wilayah for the year 1446 AH.
