The Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, Seyyed Ali Khamenei, emphasized on Friday that the Zionist regime has prepared a bitter and painful fate for itself with its aggression against Iran, and it will certainly meet its fate.
In a statement addressed to the Iranian people, Khamenei said: "O great people of Iran, the filthy and bloody hand of the Zionist regime committed a crime in our dear country this morning, revealing its evil nature more than ever by striking residential areas. Let the regime await severe punishment."
He added: "The powerful hand of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic will not abandon it, God willing."
Khamenei said: "A number of commanders and scholars have been martyred in the enemy's attacks. Their deputies and colleagues will immediately resume their duties, God willing. The Zionist regime has prepared a bitter and painful fate for itself with this crime, and it will certainly meet its fate."
