Chelsea won the UEFA Conference League title on Wednesday evening, defeating Real Betis 4-1 in the final in Wroclaw, Poland.

Chelsea's goals were scored by Enzo Fernandez (66th minute), Nicolas Jackson (70th minute), Jadon Sancho (83rd minute), and Moises Caicedo (90th minute).

Betis took the lead in the 9th minute of the first half through Abdessamad Ezzalzouli.
