Jakarta - Saba:
The Central Bank of Indonesia announced on Wednesday a cut in its key interest rate as part of its monetary easing policy aimed at stimulating economic growth.
The bank cut the seven-day reverse repo rate, known as the key rate, by 25 basis points to 5.50%, in line with economists' expectations.
The bank also cut the overnight deposit and lending rates by 25 basis points, to 4.75% and 6.25%, respectively.
