Gaza – SABA:
Jihad Taha, spokesperson for the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), stated that "Netanyahu's conditions and dictates are completely unacceptable, and we will never abandon the weapons of resistance." He emphasized Hamas' firm rejection of any attempt to expel resistance leaders from the Gaza Strip.
In a statement on Wednesday evening, Taha added:
"Netanyahu’s remarks are just another attempt at evasion and deception, claiming he is ready for a deal—only after facing mounting international pressure."
He continued:
"We do not receive news about our leaders from Netanyahu, and the Resistance has not issued any statement regarding Commander Mohammed al-Sinwar."
Taha also expressed appreciation for European positions condemning the Zionist aggression against the Palestinian people.
Western criticism of the Zionist enemy continues to grow due to its ongoing brutal crimes in Gaza and its suffocating siege, which has exacerbated the humanitarian crisis for nearly 20 months, using starvation as a weapon of war.
With unconditional American support, the Zionist forces persist in their genocidal war on Gaza, which has so far resulted in:
- Over 175,000 martyrs and wounded, mostly women and children.
- More than 11,000 still missing under the rubble.
Hamas reaffirms that resistance will continue until the occupation is defeated and Palestinian rights are fully realized.
