Sana'a - Saba:
The administrative body of Sana'a province held a meeting on Tuesday, chaired by the Secretary-General of the Local Council, Abdul Qadir Al-Jilani, to discuss matters related to the implementation of several service projects.

The meeting, attended by members of the body—Abdul Salam Al-Jaifi, Muhyub Mahdi, Ali Al-Suhayli, along with the province’s deputies for financial affairs, Mohammed Jameel, and technical affairs, Engineer Saleh Al-Muntasir—reviewed the outcomes of the previous meeting and the progress in implementing decisions.

The session also examined proposals and requests submitted by various offices and concerned entities regarding several service projects, as well as technical and administrative measures to enhance performance.

The body approved the procurement of spare parts for the province’s Cleaning and Improvement Fund at a cost of $26,500, to be deducted from the fund’s own resources through a direct order from the official agent in Yemen.

Additionally, the body endorsed proposals concerning additional work carried out in the expansion and surveying of the "Al-Husn – Taw’ar – Tawaf" road, spanning 6.5 km with a width of five meters, as well as the opening of a 600-meter stretch and paving of 150 meters. The meeting also approved the paving and surveying of "Al-Manar – Beit Abdul Haq"road in Al-Makhlaaf area, Al-Haymah Al-Kharijiyah District, extending eight kilometers with a width of six meters.

The body further discussed topics referred by several executive offices and made appropriate decisions regarding them.

During the meeting, the Secretary-General emphasized the necessity of implementing service projects that address citizens' needs, particularly in rural areas. He reaffirmed the local authority’s commitment to providing essential services and developing infrastructure across all rural regions.
