Ramallah – Saba:
The Palestinian NGO Network renewed its call for immediate action from international and human rights institutions to halt the ongoing massacres perpetrated by the Zionist enemy against the people of the Gaza Strip.
In a statement issued on Sunday, the network affirmed that Gaza has been subjected to a new wave of brutality and bloodshed, even more intense than previous phases, since the genocide resumed in mid-March.
It warned that the humanitarian situation in the Strip is collapsing amid continued bombings, the martyrdom of hundreds, the prevention of humanitarian aid, and attacks on hospitals and civilian infrastructure. Basic necessities, including flour and other life-sustaining supplies, have become nearly nonexistent.
The network called on official bodies and the entire national community to shoulder their responsibility and take immediate action to save lives, halt the barbaric war, exert pressure through all means to ensure the delivery of aid, lift the blockade, and stop ethnic cleansing policies in the West Bank, including Jerusalem, which aim to entrench colonial realities, eradicate the Palestinian presence, and create disconnected enclaves that hinder geographic continuity.
With U.S. and European support, the Israeli enemy has been committing genocide and imposing a complete blockade on Gaza since October 7, 2023. These actions have resulted in over 173,000 Palestinian casualties, mostly women and children, along with more than 14,000 missing persons.
