Hodeidah (Saba) – Al-Hilal Hodeidah secured qualification to the second and final round of the Second Division Basketball League following a thrilling 42-35 victory over its neighbor, Shabab Al-Jeel.

Al-Hilal qualified thanks to its superior points difference in the two-legged matches, having lost the first match to Shabab Al-Jeel 43-44.
