Cristiano Junior, the son of Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, made his international debut for the Portugal U-15 national team at the Vlatko Markovic Tournament in Croatia on Tuesday.

Junior came on as a substitute in the 54th minute of Portugal's match against Japan, with Portugal leading 3-0.

Portugal won the match 4-1, with goals from Rafael Cabral and Henrique Amin.
