Gaza - Saba:
The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, considered the brutal, intensive raids launched by the Zionist enemy army on the grounds of the Gaza European Hospital and its surroundings a new crime targeting the remaining hospitals in the Gaza Strip, with the aim of putting them out of service, as part of the ongoing war of extermination against the Strip.
The movement said in a statement on Tuesday: "During this barbaric bombing, dozens were killed and wounded, including patients, medical staff, and members of the civil defense and ambulance services as they attempted to rescue the wounded before being targeted again by airstrikes, which completely put the hospital out of service."
The movement indicated that the enemy government continues its flagrant violation of international law and committing crimes unprecedented in the history of conflicts by bombing hospitals crowded with patients and displaced persons and committing massacres there.
The movement added that the enemy army's claims of the presence of military bases in the area are nothing but lies and attempts to mislead international public opinion, which the enemy has repeatedly used to attack and destroy the medical sector and kill and terrorize innocent civilians in the Gaza Strip.
The movement called on the international community, the United Nations, and its institutions, primarily the UN Security Council, to assume their responsibilities regarding these brutal crimes, intervene immediately to stop the ongoing massacre in the Gaza Strip, and confront the enemy government's disregard for humanitarian laws and norms.
