Sam al-Bashiri, the Executive Director of the Yemen Standards, Metrology, and Quality Control Authority, on Tuesday inspected the workflow at the Authority's branch in Taiz province.
During a meeting with branch manager Riyadh al-Bukhaiti and employees, al-Bashiri discussed their work needs, challenges, and solutions.
The Executive Director commended the branch's progress and affirmed his commitment to providing necessary resources to enhance its consumer protection oversight.
Al-Bukhaiti emphasized the importance of the visit in assessing the branch's needs to improve its oversight of imported goods.
