Dozens of Arab and Muslim youth, along with supporters of the Palestinian cause, organized a mass demonstration in front of Calgary City Hall in downtown Calgary, Alberta, Canada, to commemorate the 77th anniversary of the Palestinian Nakba (catastrophe) and denounce the ongoing crimes of the Zionist enemy in the Gaza Strip.
According to the Palestinian Safa News Agency on Monday, the demonstrators raised Palestinian flags and banners demanding an end to the occupation's crimes in the Gaza Strip. They also chanted, "The Nakba is not history, and ethnic cleansing is ongoing," and "Canada must stop its support for Israel with weapons and equipment."
