The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reported on Thursday that it had documented 13 settler attacks against Palestinians, resulting in injuries to four individuals, the displacement of two families (totaling six people), and the destruction of property, vehicles, and agricultural land.
In its daily report, OCHA stated that amid escalating settler violence and an increase in reported settlement expansion and the establishment of new Israeli outposts, it had recorded five incidents over the past three weeks involving the abduction and detention of Palestinians by settlers in the governorates of Nablus, Ramallah, and Hebron.
The report also highlighted that settlers chased children in the town of Beit Furik, east of Nablus, while carrying knives and stones. They abducted a 13-year-old girl and her three-year-old brother, who were later found tied to a tree inside the town.
