The war media distributed scenes of the downing of the US MQ9 aircraft while it was carrying out hostile missions in the airspace of Marib province .
The scenes documented the process of monitoring the aircraft, the moment it was targeted by a locally-made surface-to-air missile, as it burned and fell in the airspace of the province, as well as the rest of the wreckage of the aircraft.
The armed forces announced yesterday evening that the air defences managed to shoot down a hostile US MQ_9 aircraft while it was violating Yemeni airspace and carrying out hostile missions, noting that this is the 16th aircraft to be shot down during the ‘Promised Conquest and Holy Jihad’ battle.
