Zionist Court Decides to Cancel Netanyahu's Trial Sessions for Security Reasons

Nazareth - Saba:
The Zionist enemy media announced today, Monday, that the Central Court in Tel Aviv decided to cancel the trial sessions of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, on Tuesday, for security reasons.

The media reported that the head of the Military Intelligence Division in the Zionist army, Shlomo Bender, appeared before the court and presented the reasons for Netanyahu's absence from attendance.

It reported that severe criticism was directed at the head of the Military Intelligence Division, who arrived at the court at the request of the political level, and the involvement of the army in the prime minister's criminal cases.

Bender had received a reprimand more than a week ago after he expressed his reservations about Trump's plan to displace the residents of Gaza.

On Sunday, the Zionist enemy media reported that the Public Prosecution rejected Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's request to slow down the pace of his testimony hearings to twice a week instead of three.

The Public Prosecution also opposed Netanyahu's request to cancel the session scheduled for today, Monday, February 24, and asked the court to order Netanyahu to propose an alternative date for any request to cancel a session.

The State Prosecution stressed the need to accelerate the pace of hearing the testimonies due to their exceptional scope, noting that Netanyahu must abide by the court's decisions and act in accordance with them. The Zionist enemy's prime minister faces charges of corruption, bribery and breach of trust in three corruption cases known as "1000", "2000" and "4000", and former Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit filed the indictment related to them at the end of November 2019.
