The sixth installment of the prisoner exchange between Hamas and Israel saw the release of 369 Palestinian prisoners by Israel.
The prisoners were handed over by the resistance in the Gaza Strip. The families of the freed prisoners expressed joy and tears, given the difficult conditions of their detention.
Upon their release, the prisoners arrived in Ramallah from Ofer detention centre, where they were greeted by Palestinian fans. However, some prisoners required medical attention due to their difficult health condition.
In response to the release, the Zionist army invaded the city of Beitunia and warned families in the West Bank against celebrating.
The names of 36 detainees sentenced to life were announced, with 24 of them being deported abroad and the rest released to the West Bank, including Quds . 333 detainees from Gaza will also be released after October 7, 2023.
