The Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights said that the deliberate destruction of medical facilities in the Gaza Strip by the Zionist enemy army may amount to collective punishment constituting a war crime.
The Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights confirmed on Wednesday that it had documented 136 raids on 39 medical facilities in the Gaza Strip between October 2023 and June 2024.
The report came days after the occupation army destroyed the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahiya, north of the Gaza Strip, killing and arresting medical staff and patients at the hospital.
It is noteworthy that the occupation has bombed and destroyed dozens of hospitals and medical facilities in the Gaza Strip since launching a war on October 2023.
