The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip confirmed that what is happening in Kamal Adwan Hospital is a stain on the forehead of humanity and reflects the failure of international organizations to protect hospitals.
Ministry spokesman Khalil Daqran said,
"The Zionist enemy army stormed Kamal Adwan Hospital, which is one of the last steps in destroying the health system in the northern Gaza Strip."
He added that the Zionist enemy army has continued to besiege the northern Gaza Strip for more than 80 days and besieged the Strip's hospitals and wants to remove them from the health service, pointing out that the enemy forces want to impose deadly living conditions that lead to the death of all citizens in the northern Gaza Strip, which comes within the crime of genocide.
He pointed out that the enemy forces surrounded Kamal Adwan Hospital since the morning and asked the director of the hospital, Dr. Hossam Abu Safiya, to hand over all patients injured in the hospital yard, and the occupation arrested several patients and injured, and we do not know the fate of the medical staff in Kamal Adwan, headed by the director of the hospital due to the interruption of means of communication.
He stressed that the situation now in the northern Gaza Strip is tragic, as the enemy army targets medical staff in the Gaza Strip daily, and patients in the northern Gaza Strip are in a tragic situation some of them died, and the situation in Kamal Adwan Hospital in Gaza exceeded all red lines in international regulations and laws.
