Al-Zahraa Basic School for Girls in the center of Hajjah province organized on Tuesday a cultural event on the occasion of International Muslim Women's Day - the anniversary of the birth of Sayyedah Fatima Al-Zahra, peace be upon her, under the title "Zahraa of faith in the face of tyranny. "
At the event, Deputy Governor Mohammed Al-Qadi stressed the importance of reviving the occasion because of the great lessons it represents in the reality of the life of Yemeni women and families, and to strengthen the model of faith connection to the Qur'anic model, the model of the believing woman "Fatima Zahraa, peace be upon her, who embodied in her life and dealings the values , morals of Islam and the perfection of faith.
For his part, the head of the Grievance Redressal Authority branch in the province, Judge Abdul Majid Sharafuddin, referred to the presence and deep-rooted association of Sayyedah Fatima Al-Zahraa in the sayings of her father, the Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him , his family, her high status and great rank in this world and the hereafter.
He pointed out that the Holy Qur'an spoke about Fatima Zahraa, peace be upon her, in several verses and Qur'anic positions, including: The verses of al-Mubahala, the command of love and charity, the Kawthar River, and the Kisaa. He emphasized the importance of taking advantage of this great occasion, which belongs to the finest and highest model presented by Islam for believing women, which represents the true model of the Islamic religion.
He pointed out that the Zionist-American enemy sought from an early date to absent the model of Sayyedah Fatima Al-Zahraa from the educational curricula and sought to obliterate her qualities, status, merits, jihad, patience, fortitude, independence, sacrifice, giving and charity.
For his part, Abdulaziz Al-Warfi, a member of the Unity of Scholars and Learners, pointed out that Yemeni women today represent the high model in this era through the tender and sacrifice they have made in the face of the Zionist-American aggression.
He pointed out that Yemeni women, as an important component , entity in Yemeni society and the nation alike, we see them today present in the issues of the nation , support for Gaza and the Palestinian cause with steadfastness, patience, faith and moral values , at the level of giving and sustained benevolence.
