SANA'A - SABA: Bilad al-Rus Community College in Sanhan district in Sana'a province on Thursday organized a speech and cultural event on the occasion of the anniversary of the Prophet's birthday, may the best prayers and peace be upon him.
In the event, member of the Yemeni Scholars Association Sheikh Foud Naji touched on the honorable positions of the Yemeni people and their wise leadership in supporting and backing the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance.
Naji considered this occasion an important station from which everyone draws inspiration from the spirit of jihad, steadfastness and sacrifice in order to support the religion, the Messenger, the issues of the nation and its sanctities.
During the event, College dean Dr. Najat al-Talbi considered this anniversary an opportunity to draw lessons and morals from the life of the Great Messenger and translate his fragrant biography into reality.
Al-Talbi stressed that the events and activities of this occasion are true evidence that the people of Yemen are keen to celebrate the birth of the Prophet, as an extension of their early ancestors who supported the Noble Messenger at the beginning of his call.
