KUWAIT September 03. 2024 (Saba)- Boursa Kuwait closed Tuesday's trading session with its general index rising 19.84 points, or 0.28 percent, to 7188.98 points.

A total of 322.3 million shares were traded through 18,128 cash transactions, worth KD 70.8 million (about $231.7 million).

The main market index rose 5.81 points, to 6088.76 points, by trading 179.7 million shares, through 8805 cash transactions, worth 27.8 million dinars (about 90.9 million dollars).

The first market index rose 24.52 points, or 0.31 percent, to reach 7827.83 points, through trading 142.6 million shares, through 9323 transactions, worth 43 million dinars (about 140.7 million dollars).

In parallel, the Main 50 index declined by 4.40 points, or 0.07 percent, to reach 5872.91 points, through trading 124.4 million shares, through 5198 transactions worth 21.2 million dinars (about 69.4 million dollars).
