TULKARM September 03. 2024 (Saba) - A Palestinian child was martyred and his father was injured on Tuesday morning by an Israeli sniper during the ongoing storming of the Tulkarm camp.
The medical staff at the Tulkarm government hospital announced the martyrdom of Mohammed Kanaan after he arrived at the hospital with wounds by Israeli bullets during the continuous storming of the Tulkarm camp, according to the Palestinian agency Ma'an.
Eyewitnesses said that the boy was martyred after being hit by a bullet fired by Israeli snipers on his head.
The witnesses added that the father of the child, Kanaan, was injured in the waist, and they were taken to the Martyr Thabit Hospital, but the child could not survive due to the severity of his injuries.
The occupation forces continue to storm the Tulkarm camp with the tightening of the siege imposed on it since Monday afternoon, and they are deploying snipers on the tall buildings overlooking the camp, while reconnaissance aircraft continue to fly at low altitude in the sky of the city and its camps.
A drone fired a missile last night, hitting a number of citizens, including a volunteer paramedic inside the camp, who described their injuries as moderate.
