SANA'A September 02. 2024 (Saba)— Sana'a province is making extensive preparations to celebrate the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
The festivities include decorating buildings, streets, and organizing chants, songs, and poems to honor the occasion.
Local officials, including governor Abdulbasit al-Hadi and Secretary-General Abdulqadir al-Jailani, highlighted the importance of this religious event, which reflects the Yemeni people’s deep connection to the Prophet.
The celebrations are expected to feature cultural events, speeches, and community gatherings aimed at reinforcing social solidarity and drawing lessons from the Prophet’s life.
Governor al-Hadi emphasized that this year’s celebrations coincide with the formation of the new government and Yemen’s ongoing support for Palestine.
