SANA'A August 26. 2024 (Saba) - The local authority in Bilad Al-Rus District, Sana'a Province, organized on Monday a cultural event to launch activities and programs to commemorate the Prophet's birth - may the best prayers and peace be upon him.
During the meeting, the director of the district, Saleh Naji, pointed out the importance of commemorating the Prophet's birth - may the best prayers and peace be upon him - and holding celebratory events and activities on the occasion, embodying loyalty and love for the Noble Messenger, may God's prayers be upon him and his family.
He stressed that the occasion is a mobilization and faith station that distinguishes the Yemenis in glorifying the Noble Messenger and following his approach in defending religion and supporting the nation.
A variety of poems and cultural segments were presented at the event, expressing the extent of the Yemeni people's connection to the Great Messenger Muhammad - may God's prayers be upon him and his family.
The Director of Zakat Office in the Directorate, Ismail Al-Bashari, pointed out that commemorating the Prophet's birth confirms the sincerity of following the example, loyalty, following the path of the Prophet Muhammad, reviving his approach, biography, and struggle.
During the event, cultural activist Adel Awfan pointed out the importance and greatness of the occasion and the greatness of its owner - peace and blessings be upon him and his family - stressing that this occasion revives in souls the emulation and walking on the path of the Messenger of God, urging the display of joy, adornment, solidarity and benevolence in imitation of the Messenger of God.
While the scholar Muhammad Al-Hadi explained that commemorating the Prophet's birth is an educational, faith-based, intellectual and jihadist station, stressing that celebrating and glorifying the God Messenger is a sacred religious duty, and that commemorating the Prophet's birth is a revival of souls , feelings and an actions evaluation .
