RAMALLAH August 11. 2024 (Saba) - Two Palestinian citizens, one of whom is a detainee, were martyred on Sunday evening due to their injuries by the Zionist enemy bullets in the city of Jenin, north of the occupied West Bank.
Local sources explained, according to the Palestinian News Agency, that Subh Ahmed Subhi Al-Baz, 36 years old, was martyred in Jenin Governmental Hospital due to his serious injury by the Zionist enemy bullets last week.
Five Palestinian citizens were martyred as a result of the enemy's shelling of a vehicle in the eastern neighborhood of Jenin city last Tuesday, and six others were injured by bullets and shrapnel, including the martyr Subh Al-Baz.
The General Authority for Civil Affairs also announced the martyrdom of the wounded detainee Kifah Dabaia from Jenin camp, due to his injury by the enemy bullets, noting that Sabaya was injured with two other young men by the enemy forces' bullets before they were arrested last week.
With the martyrdom of Dabaya and Al-Baz, the number of martyrs in the occupied West Bank has risen to 622 martyrs since October 7, including 145 children and nine women.
