SA'ADA July 16. 2024 (Saba) - A major event was held on Tuesday in Sa'ada Province to commemorate Ashura, the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him anniversary .
At the event, which was attended by the province’s leadership, scholars, academics, and social figures, Abdullah Al-Manbahi, the official in charge of the Public Mobilization Division in the province, reviewed stations from the life of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, who embodied the leader , role model, and whose life represented an integrated school from which generations will benefit until the Day of Judgment.
He touched on the model that Imam Hussein represented in trusting in God Almighty, feeling responsibility, and revolting against Umayyad tyranny with all patience, courage, steadfastness, and sacrifice, with the goal of reform in the nation of his grandfather, the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family.
Al-Manbahi stressed that what the Palestinians are suffering today in Gaza in terms of killing, displacement, and siege by the Zionist and American enemies, and the humiliating Arab indifference towards that, is an injustice that brings back to us the memory of the oppression of Karbala in audio and video... stressing that taking action today to support the Palestinian people is more necessary and greater so that man may maintain his religion and dignity.
He stressed the necessity of continuing the state of public mobilization, going out to the squares to support the Palestinian people, surrendering to the leadership, setting oneself up for jihad, and sacrificing oneself and one’s money for the sake of God Almighty to confront the tyrant and his loyal agents, agents and traitors.
