SANA'A July 10. 2024 (Saba) - In the Public Prosecutor’s Office, case movement records for the judicial year 1445 AH were closed by the criminal case process system within the Public Prosecution’s network.
The Acting Head of Judicial Inspection at the Public Prosecution, Judge Ali Al-Ansi, explained that the process of closing case records showed an increase in the completion rate and disposal of cases to 91 percent, compared to 84 percent in the year 1444 AH.
He pointed out that electronic registration, through the criminal case process and prisoner data systems, is considered an important shift in the prosecution’s work process.
