Sana'a - Saba:
Since mid-March, the American aggression has escalated at an unrelenting pace, systematically targeting populated areas and Yemeni infrastructure in an attempt to exhaust the national economy, deepen the suffering of the Yemeni people, and impose stifling restrictions on their livelihoods—all to drag Yemen back under the yoke of foreign guardianship and domination.
As airstrikes intensify on the capital, Sana'a, and other liberated provinces, Yemenis are left wondering: Who will be the next victim of American aggression, as bombs and missiles rain down on houses, markets, and residential areas? This grim reality confirms Washington’s determination to pressure Yemen and force it to abandon its principled stance in support of the Palestinian people—evident in the horrific massacres at the Furwah market in Sha’ub District and Thaqban in Bani Al-Harith, among others, which claimed hundreds of martyrs and wounded.
The massacre at Ras Issa Port was no exception. The American enemy has committed a series of bloody atrocities, the latest being the slaughter of African migrants at a shelter in Sa'ada province, killing and injuring 125—despite international organizations operating in Yemen being fully aware of the shelter’s location. This same site was targeted in the 2021 aggression by the U.S. and its allies, resulting in over 300 casualties.
The continued shedding of the blood of children, women, and the elderly reflects the moral degradation and collapse of values that America, as a superpower, has reached. It exposes its systematic disregard for civilian lives, all while providing unlimited support for the genocidal war waged by the Zionist enemy in Gaza and Palestine at large—crimes described as the atrocities of the century.
America’s role has not been limited to military, logistical, and financial support for the Zionist entity. It has extended to punishing anyone standing with Gaza and the Palestinian people—foremost among them Yemen, which faces direct American aggression so brutal that it revels in killing civilians, mirroring the round-the-clock massacres in Gaza.
After failing to mobilize its regional allies and proxies to confront Yemen’s free people, America resorted to direct intervention. Yet, over a month and a half, it has reaped nothing but shame and defeat—despite deploying a massive military arsenal and advanced defense systems that failed to stop Yemen from supporting Gaza or imposing a naval blockade on Zionist and American ships heading to occupied ports.
Amid Yemen’s unwavering pro-Palestine stance, its missile and drone strikes deep into the Zionist entity, and its blockade of American and British ships, the Yemeni Armed Forces have thwarted many of Washington and London’s schemes. They even forced the U.S. aircraft carrier USS Truman to withdraw from the Red Sea after repeated targeting, including the downing of an F-18—as admitted by the U.S. Navy.
Military and strategic experts confirm that America’s consecutive defeats in its aggression against Yemen—from losing advanced aircraft to the targeting of carriers and warships—expose the U.S. administration’s incompetence and its abject failure in achieving the objectives of the so-called "Operation Bold Cavalier," which sought to destroy Yemen’s command centers, air defense systems, and military manufacturing facilities.
Experts assert that Washington can never achieve its goals in Yemen, particularly securing navigation in the Red and Arabian Seas, as long as Yemeni forces continue their daily operations against the Zionist entity’s depths and American carriers and warships in the Red Sea.
Washington suffers staggering daily losses in Yemen, exceeding $3 billion in just 40 days, according to Russia’s Nezavisimaya Gazeta. The American Conservative cited U.S. military analyst Dan Grazier, who stated: "We spend a fortune building forces for worst-case scenarios, only to find that our military—armed with billions in advanced weapons—doesn’t perform as expected."
Grazier added: "We’re fighting a war under far less complex conditions than anticipated, yet we face financial imbalance—using million-dollar missiles to shoot down drones worth no more than a thousand dollars. It’s absurd." He stressed that America must rebuild a more balanced conventional force to achieve the required efficiency.
As Yemen’s popular resilience and weekly million-man marches in support of Gaza continue, America finds itself stuck in an existential quagmire with no means of victory—facing a people determined to be partners in the battle of awareness, dignity, and liberation. A people who know the price of honor may be high, but it is far less than the cost of submission and humiliation—and that glorious victory is not a possibility, but an inevitability forged by an unbreakable will.
