RAMALLAH July 06. 2024 (Saba) - Last night and at dawn on Saturday, the Zionist enemy forces launched a campaign of arrests of 15 Palestinian citizens from the West Bank, including former prisoners.
The Prisoners' Club explained in a press release that the arrests were distributed in the governorates of Qalqilya, Hebron, Ramallah Allah, Jericho, and Jerusalem, where they were accompanied by attacks and threats against the detainees and their families, in addition to the widespread vandalism and destruction of citizens' homes.
Thus, the toll of arrests after the seventh of October October, 2023, rises to more than (9535), and this toll includes those arrested from homes, through military checkpoints, those who had to surrender under pressure, and those who were taken hostage.
On Saturday, enemy forces also closed the main entrances to the Bethlehem governorate.
According to security sources, the Israeli occupation forces closed the southern entrance in the town of Al-Khader "Al-Nashash", the western entrance to the city of Beit Jala, and the entrance to Al-Sidr near the Talita Qawmi School in Beit Jala, which led to the difficulty of movement of citizens between the governorates of Bethlehem and Hebron.
