The Palestinian Resistance Committees mourned on Friday the "Islamic Jihadist Leader and Great Martyr of Palestine, Major General Mohammed Saeed Izadi "Hajj Ramadan," commander of the Palestine portfolio in the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, who was martyred on the road to Jerusalem and Palestine during the barbaric aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran."
In a statement, the committee said: "The Great Martyr of Palestine, Hajj Ramadan, was responsible for the close relationship with the Palestinian resistance since 1992. This sincere relationship played a major role in supporting and backing the Palestinian people and their resistance, contributing to the development of the military, security, scientific, planning, and operational work and thought of the Palestinian military wings in Gaza and throughout Palestine."
It noted that "the contributions and fingerprints of the martyred leader Hajj Ramadan remain clear and influential in every missile, explosive device, bullet, and tunnel that crushed the enemy's nose and head into the dirt."
It explained that "the great martyred leader Hajj Ramadan supervised thousands of training courses in all military, security, and mobilization fields and contributed to the qualitative military development of the resistance arms in Palestine to confront the Zionist military and security apparatuses and inflict a crushing defeat on them in all the battles fought by the Palestinian people and their resistance, shattering the prestige and arrogance of the Zionist entity."
The statement said: "Palestine and its loyal people will greatly miss this inspiring leader, who was keen to provide the resistance and its various bodies with all means of strength. Our people will never forget his positions and influential contributions, which will remain a testament to the loyalty and chivalry of the Iranian people and their leadership, foremost among them Leader Hajj Ramadan."
